目的 观察不同清创方法在老年压疮治疗中的效果.方法 将60例(82处)Ⅱ～Ⅲ期有清创指征的压疮伤口按患者住院时间分为A、B两组,A组采取单纯自溶性清创,B组采取自溶性清创联合保守性锐器清创,观察两组伤口清创期时间及压疮愈合计分.结果 压疮愈合计分B组分值下降多于A组,清创期时间A组(22.31±4.12)d、B组(15.36±9.52)d,两组比较均有统计学意义.结论 联合清创可缩短压疮伤口清创期,并有利于肉芽组织生长.%Objective To observe the effect of different debridement methods on pressure ulcer treatment for elderly patients. Method Divide 60 cases (82 places) of pressure ulcer with debridement indication in period Ⅱ-Ⅲ into group A and B according to hospitalization time. Patients in group A receive simple autolytic debridement. Patients in group B receive autolytic debridement combined with conservative debridement with sharps. Compare the length of debridement period and score of pressure ulcer coalescence of two groups. Result Score of pressure ulcer coalescence in group B decreases more quickly than in group A. The length of debridement period is (22. 31±4. 12)d in group A and (15. 36 ± 9. 52)d in group B. Comparison on scores of pressure ulcer coalescence between two groups is significant. Conclusion Combined debridement can shorten the debridement period of pressure ulcer and help the development of granulation tissue.
