基于奥马哈系统的移动管理在乳腺癌术后患者延续护理中的应用研究

摘要

Objective To observe application effect of the mobile management based on Omaha system on transitional nursing for postoperative breast cancer patients.Method Divide patients into control group(n=45)and observation group (n=45)by random number table.Patients in control group receive transitional nursing intervention by telephone follow—up.Patients in observation group receive transitional nursing intervention by mobile management based on Omaha system. Assess patients,quality of life,anxiety and depression by general module scale on cancer patients'quality of life,specific module scale on breast cancer,Self—Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self—Rating Depression Scale(SDS)before and after intervention.Result Patients in observation group have better scores on body function,role function,emotional function, cognitive function,social function,fatigue,pain,nausea,vomiting total health status and insomnia than patients in control group after intervention(P<0.05).Patients in observation group have better scores on body image,expectation on future, side effects of system treatment,breast symptoms and upper limb symptoms than patients in control group after intervention (P<0.05).Patients in observation group have lower scores on anxiety and depression than patients in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transitional nursing by individual mobile management platform based on Omaha system for postopera-tive breast cancer patients can improve patients,quality of life and relieve their unhealthy emotions.%目的 观察基于奥马哈系统的移动管理在乳腺癌术后患者延续护理中的应用效果.方法 按随机数字表将90例患者分为对照组和观察组,各45例.对照组采用电话回访方式进行出院后延续护理干预,观察组通过基于奥马哈系统的移动管理平台给予出院后延续护理干预.干预前后采用癌症生存质量的共性模块测定量表、乳腺癌特异模块量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评价患者生活质量及焦虑、抑郁情况.结果 干预后观察组躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能、疲倦、疼痛、恶心呕吐、总健康状况和失眠等方面评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);体象、对未来憧憬、系统治疗副反应、乳房症状、上肢症状等方面评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);患者焦虑、抑郁情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 基于奥马哈系统的个性化移动管理平台对乳腺癌术后患者实施延续性护理,可提高患者生活质量,减轻患者不良情绪.
