护士夜查房对冠心病患者的影响及护理对策

摘要

目的 探讨护士夜间查房对冠心病患者的影响,并研究护理对策,提高整体护理质量,促进患者康复.方法 自行设计调查问卷,先行预调查,总结护士夜查房过程中的常见问题,对病区内86例冠心病患者进行问卷调查,了解护士夜间查房对冠心病患者的影响.结果 护士夜间查房对冠心病患者的影响:59例患者反映夜查房对其有影响占69%,其中31例知道护士几点钟进来,但要1 h及以上时间才能入睡,夜查房影响其睡眠质量,18例容易被夜查房惊醒且再难以入睡,9例出现心慌、气促等自觉症状.分析其主要原因为患者在入院初期对护理查房及周围环境不适应,可避免性夜查房次数过多,护士夜查房观察病情方法欠妥.结论 夜查房是夜班护士的重点工作,但是夜间出入病房观察病情,对患者来说是一种干扰.应加强评估入科患者的一般资料,在入院宣教常规内容中加入夜查房事宜,对护士进行统一培训,强化夜间观察病情的方法等,以减轻夜查房对患者的影响,促进患者康复.%Objective To study the influence of night nursing round on patients with coronary artery disease and to explore its nursing countermeasures. Methods A survey was made among 86 patients with a self-designed questionnaire and the results were analyzed with statistical method. Results Night nursing round exerted some influence on 69% of the interviewees and the major reason for that was the patients were not adaptable to the circumstance and night nursing round. Conclusion Night nursing round plays an essential role in nursing, but from the study presented, it proves to be a kind of disturbance for patients at night. Standard night nursing round training and patient-oriented method will be beneficial to lowering the impact of night round and lead to patients' recovery.
