目的 了解汶川地震后绵阳地震极重灾区基层县级医院护理人员工作状况与地震前比较存在的差异.方法 采用问卷调查法,对绵阳地震极重灾区震后基层县级医院护理人员的基本信息、职业环境、发展教育需求等进行调查.结果 灾区基层护理人员人力资源配置状况床护比为1∶(0.2～0.3).本组调查的护理人员中,高级职称只占0.9%,34.1%为合同护士;仅14.6%认为与地震前相比收入增长,但护理人员认为护理业务范围(60.0%)、护理工作量(80.9%)、目前工作压力(84.4%)比地震前增加;100%需要对口帮扶和支援,96.1%希望到上级医院进行进修深造,93.2%希望参加业务培训或学术交流来提升自身专业水平等.结论 地震后灾区护理人力资源短缺;护理人员工作量大,经济收入低;希望通过进修等方式来满足提升自身专业水平的需求.建议加强人才建设,制定对口支援措施,建立激励与补偿机制,调整职称结构,提升护理地位与综合能力,以满足灾区人民群众医疗服务需求.%Objective To understand the working status quo of nursing staff in the worst-hit area in Mianyang and to compare it with that before the quake.Methods The survey was carried out for the general information of nursing staff and their occupational environment and advanced education need.Results Nurse bed ratio reached 1∶(0.2～0.3)in quake-hit area.Only 0.9％ of the interviewees were with senior professional title and 34.1％ were contract nurses and 14.6％ were with higher income.Comparatively speaking, besides higher-pressure, nursing staff experienced wider work scope as well as a greater amount of work.All the interviews regarded counterpart assistance from govemment was critieal and advanced study in high level hospital was popular among nursing staff, meanwhile, 93.2％ intended to participate in various foms of training.Conclusion Besides a short supply of nursing staff in quake-hit area, nurses suffer a great amount of work but with low income.As for them, advanced training is in urgent need.Counterpart assistance from government and high level hospital is essential for improving nurses ' enthusiasm and eventually meeting the medical need of people in quake-hit area.
