肝移植患者术中压疮预防性护理流程的应用观察

摘要

目的 探讨实施护理流程预防肝移植手术患者术中发生压疮的效果.方法 选取2009年11月-2010年10月的肝移植手术患者168例为观察组,运用护理流程对肝移植手术患者进行压疮预防;选取2008年1-12月的肝移植手术192例患者为对照组,实施常规护理.比较两组患者术中压疮发生率及发生程度.结果 观察组压疮发生率和严重程度低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义.结论 在压疮质量控制环节中应用护理流程,重视肝移植手术术中压疮的危险因素,强化术中压疮的防范意识,有助于预防肝移植患者术中压疮的发生,有效降低肝移植术中压疮的发生率.%Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention procedure on pressure ulcer of patients during liver transplantation.Methods A total of 168 cases of liver transplantation patients from November 2009 to October 2010 were chosen as observation group in which nursing intervention procedure was applied.A total of 192 cases of liver transplantation patients in 2008 were chosen as control group, in which routine nursing was applied.The incidence and severity of pressure ulcer were compared in two groups.Results The incidence of pressure ulcer in observation group was lower and pressure ulcer was less serious than those of control group.All the differences indicated statistic significance.Conclusion Application of nursing intervention procedure can reduce the incidence and lessen the severity of pressure ulcers.
