临床科室护理人员奖金分配三级指标及其权重构建

         

摘要

目的 确定护理人员奖金分配的三级指标及其权重值.方法 采用Delphi法和层次分析法确定指标名称及其权重值.结果 共进行2轮咨询;专家的积极性和权威性好;共构建45个三级指标,权重值在0.09~0.40之间;专家对三级指标的意见一致(P<0.05).结论 形成了实用性和科学性强的护理人员奖金分配的三级指标,可在临床工作中推广应用.%Objective To determine the third-level indexes of bonus distribution and their weights for nursing staff. Methods Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were applied to determine the third-level indexes and their weights. Results After two rounds of expert consultations, 45 third-level indexes were identified with weights ranging between 0.09 and 0.40. And there were consensus views among most experts for third-level indexes (P<0.05). Conclusion The third-level indexes are scientific and practical, which can be widely used.
