Objective To investigate the status quo of nurses ’ professional identity and organizational justice, and analyze the relationship between them. Methods A total of 554 nurses were recruited by convenience sampling method from fourteen hospitals and were investigated with Nursing Professional Identity Scale and Organizational Justice Questionnaire. Results The total score of professional identity was 114.29±18.80,and the mean score of organizational justice was 2.47±0.79. Nurses’ professional identity was negatively correlated with organizational justice (r=-0.588~-0.385,P<0.01). Conclusion Improving nurses’ organizational justice plays significant role in enhancing the professional identity of nurses and promoting the stability and development of nursing team .%目的:调查护士职业认同及组织公平感现状及两者的相关性,为制定有效管理策略,提高工作积极性提供依据。方法采用横断面问卷调查法,对14所医院554名护士,进行职业认同和组织公平感的测量,分析得分水平及其相关性。结果本组护士职业认同总分为(114.29±18.80)分,处于中等水平;组织公平感总均分为(2.47±0.79)分,处于中等水平;护士职业认同得分与组织公平感得分呈负相关(r=-0.588~-0.385,P<0.01)。结论护士职业认同与组织公平感处于中等水平且呈两者呈负相关,提示提高组织公平感对提升护士职业认同水平具有积极意义,有益于护士人才队伍的健康、稳定发展。
