CCU护士分层级管理的实施效果与体会

         

摘要

Objective To discuss the effect of nursing grading administration in coronary care unit (CCU). Methods The administration of nurses grading was implemented in CCU,we divided nurses into different grades and draw up the correspondent post responsibility,criterion of competence and work content. Then patients'and nurses'satisfaction degrees were compared before and after practicing the nursing garding administration in CCU. Results The patients'satisfaction degree was increased after the practice of the nursing grading administration, the nurses' satisfaction rates on freedom of choosing work mode, chance of developing themselves, nurses' income, hours of work, interpersonal relationship and the relationship between leaders and subordinates were increase (P < 0. 01 or P < 0.05 ). Concluslous The practice of the nursing grading administration can promote the patients'satisfaction and nurses'satisfaction, and could promote nursing quality.%目的 探讨CCU护士实施分层级管理的效果.方法 在CCU实施分层级管理,划分层级、确定各层级护士岗位、能力标准和工作内容,并比较分级管理前、后患者满意度和护士满意度.结果 患者对护理工作满意度总体评价提高;护士在选择自己工作方式的自由性、发挥自己能力的机会、护士的收入、工作时数、与同事的关系和领导与下属的关系方面的满意度提高(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 实施CCU护士分层级管理有利于提高患者和护士满意度,有利于护理质量的提高.
