目的 调查腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛、自我效能和生活质量状况,探讨其相互关系.方法 采用简式McGill疼痛问卷、疼痛自我效能量表、SF - 36健康调查表,对100例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行调查.结果 腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛分级指数为(9.77±4.66)分,视觉模拟量表得分(52.08±14.56)分,现时疼痛强度(2.11±0.53)分,疼痛自我效能(32.26±11.15)分；腰椎间盘突出症患者生存质量的8个维度均低于常模,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；自我效能与生活质量呈正相关,疼痛与生活质量呈负相关,视觉模拟量表得分、疼痛分级指数与自我效能呈负相关(P＜0.01).结论 腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛、自我效能和生活质量相互影响,应探讨有效的干预模式,提高患者的生活质量.%Objective To investigate the status of pain, self - efficacy and quality of life of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, and explore the correlation among them. Methods A total of 100 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were investigated with Short - Form McCill Pain Questionnaire , Pain Self - Efficacy Questionnaire and Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire. Results The pain rating index of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc was (9.77 ±4.66) .and the score of visual analogue scale was (52.08 ± 14.56) ,and the score of present pain intensity was (2.11 ±0.53). The score of pain self - efficacy was (32.26 ±11.15). The score of the eight dimensions of the quality of life of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were significantly lower than the norm group and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.01). There was a positive correlation between patients'self - efficacy and their quality of life, while there was a negative correlation between patients'pain level and their quality of life. Similarly, there was a negative correlation between the score of visual analogue scale, pain rating index and the score of pain self - efficacy (P ＜ 0. 01). Conclusion For patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, the pain,self - efficacy and quality of life are interacting each other. Nurse should explore effective interventions to improve patients' quality of life.
