护生岗前培训中开展职业防护教育的效果观察

摘要

目的 评估实习护生岗前培训中开展职业防护知识与技能的教学效果.方法 采用非同期对照法,选择两组护生各50名,均按照实习大纲进行常规的临床实习,其中实验组在进入临床实习前先进行为期一周的职业防护培训.结果 培训后实验组护生对职业防护的认知和防护行为明显高于对照组,实习期间发生的职业伤害明显低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 对实习护生进行岗前职业防护教育可以增强护生的防护意识,增加防护知识,提高防护技能,减少职业伤害.%Objective To assess the effects of occupational protection knowledge and skills for nursing students carried out in the course of pre -job training.Methods Non - concurrent control method was used in the study,50 nursing students in the control group and 50 in the experiemental group.Both groups attended the murine clinical practice in accordance with the practice outline.The experimental group received a one - week additional training about occupational protection before clinical probation.Results After training, the scores of occupational protection knowledge and behaviors in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group, and the incidence of occupational injuries in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group ( P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Occupational protection education in.grated into pre - job training for nursing students can enhance their occupational protection awareness, increase their occupational protection knowledge and skills, so as to prevent occupational injuries.
