三级甲等医院导管室护士工作压力源及疲倦感相关性研究

         

摘要

目的 探讨三级甲等医院导管室护士工作压力源和疲倦感现状及二者的相关性.方法 应用中国护士工作压力源量表和工作疲倦感量表对76名导管室护士进行问卷调查.结果 护士工作压力源总分(2.76±0.37)分,时间分配及工作量问题和护理专业及工作问题方面的压力源得分较高;工作疲倦感量表得分:情绪疲倦感(30.53±8.67)分,工作冷漠感(8.24±1.95)分,工作成就感(28.69±7.22)分;工作压力源与工作疲倦感呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 面对导管室护士所存在的较大压力和工作疲倦感,应给予足够重视,并设法减轻工作压力和降低护士职业疲倦感,促进护士职业心理卫生健康发展.%Objective To investigate the current situation of job stressors and burnout in catheter - lab nurses from 3A - level hospitals and identify the correlation between them. Methods Chinese Nurses Stressor Scale (CNSS) and Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) were used to investigate 76 catheter - lab nurses. Results The total score of CNSS was (2.76 ± 0.37 ). The stressor scores of time distribution, work volume, nursing specialization and work problems was higher. The dimension scores of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment were ( 30. 53 ± 8. 67 ), ( 8. 24 ± 1. 95 ) and (28.69 ± 7.22) respectively. There was positive correlation between the CNSS score and the burnout scores of MBI. Conclusion The nurses in catheter - lab suffer from heavy job stress and burnout. It is suggested to pay close attention to them and take measures to relieve their job stress and burnout,thus promoting their psychological health.
