军区总医院对中小医院护理帮带的做法及效果

摘要

Objective To explore the methods and effects of the military general hospital in nursing supports for the middle and small hospitals.Methods The comprehensive methods were centralized training, field guidance, long - term mutual helping and following up. Results More than 40 nurses from 25 middle and small hospitals had been trained by the military general hospital and 6 of them were promoted to head nurses. Twenty nursing specialists were invited to help several hospitals in learning professional skills. Conclusion Comprehensive helping methods can promote the construction of nursing teams and enhance their professional skills in the middle and small hospitals.%目的 探讨军区总医院对中小医院进行护理帮带的方法与效果.方法 通过集中培训、现场指导、长期结对、跟踪随访等进行综合护理帮带.结果 总医院先后接受25所医院40余人次的培训,累计派出护理专家20人次,帮助多所医院开展专科技术,先后有6名培训骨干担任了护士长.结论 综合帮带可以促进中小医院人才队伍建设,提高专科技术水平.
