护理本科生临床急救能力评价指标的构建

         

摘要

Objective To establish the evaluation indexes of clinical emergency competency of nursing undergraduates, and provide the basis for evaluating the clinical emergency competence of nursing undergraduates. Methods The indexes were determined by Delphi method of two rounds involving 28 experts, and the weight of every index was set up. Results The response rates of questionnaire investifation for the two rounds were 93. 33% and 85. 71% respectively. The authority value of experts was 0. 89. The Kendall concordance coefficients for each round were 0. 25 and 0. 30 respectively ( P <0. 01 ). Finally,an evaluation system of clinical emergency competency of nursing undergraduates including 5 first - level indexes and 24 second - level indexes was constructed. Conclusion The results of the two rounds of expert consultation are reliable. The consistency of expert opinions is good. The study provides a scientific and systematic evaluation tool for evaluating the clinical emergency competence of nursing undergraduates.%目的 构建护理本科生临床急救能力评价指标,为测评护生临床急救能力水平提供依据.方法 运用德尔菲法对28名专家进行两轮问卷函询,并确定各级指标的权重.结果 两轮函询问卷有效回收率分别为93.33%、85.71%;专家的总体权威系数为0.89;两轮函询肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.25、0.30(P<0.01).最终形成具有5个一级指标、24个二级指标的护理本科生临床急救能力的评价指标.结论 两轮专家咨询结果可靠,专家一致性好,为评估护理本科生临床急救能力提供了科学、系统的工具.
