紧急气管插管护理配合流程改进的方法与效果

摘要

目的 探讨紧急气管插管护理配合流程在临床应用与效果.方法 对2010年7月至2011年2月需紧急气管插管的32例危重患者实施紧急气管插管的护理配合流程.在实施前对护士进行规范化培训,并与实施前27例患者进行比较.结果 实施组患者的插管时间缩短(P＜0.01),一次插管成功率提高(P＜0.05).结论 应用紧急气管插管护理配合流程能缩短紧急气管插管时间,提高急性呼吸衰竭患者抢救的有效性.%Objective To explore the methods and effects of nursing protocol for acute trachea intubation. Method Thirty - two severe patients were enrolled during July 2010 to February 2011. The nursing protocol of acute tracheal intubation was established, and standardized training was implemented among nurses. The effects were compared with 27 patients who hadnt been taken this mearsure. Results The intubation time of implementation group was shorter (P <0.01) ,and the success rate of intubation was higher than before ( P <0.05). Conclusion The nursing protocol for acute trachea intubation can shorten the time of intubation and improve the effectiveness among patients with acute respiratory failure.
