目的 探讨提高护生对《护士条例》认知度的方法与效果.方法 将《护士条例》设置为护生的必修课程,加强岗前培训、营造依法执业环境、加强临床带教管理等.结果 除对医院床护比的认知外,护生对《护士条例》相关制度、执业行为、违法行为的认知度及自身权益的关注度等方面均有明显提高(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 将《护士条例》设为护生必修课程并进行结业考试,制订加强岗前培训与临床带教管理等干预措施,可以提高护生对《护士条例》的认知度.%Objective To explore the methods and effects to improve the cognition of nursing students towards Nursing Regulations. Methods Methods included setting a compulsory course about Nursing Regulations, enhancing pre -job training, building the practice environment and strengthening clinical teaching management. Results Except the cognition of the hospital bed - nurse ratio, other aspects of cognition to Nurses Regulations, such as related systems, practice activities, illegal activities, and the attention degree to nurses rights and interests were significantly improved (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). Conclusion Setting a compulsory course about Nursing Regulations and conducting examinations,enhancing pre -job training and clinical teaching management can improve the cognition of nursing students about Nursing Regulations.
