The present invention relates to a composition for improving memory, learning ability and cognition. It has been identified that: a peptide, of the present invention, having a C-terminus ending with GAG, has an effect of improving memory; the peptide should be a peptide of at least 4 amino acids in length in order to have the effect; and the peptide, having a C-terminus ending with GAG, of 5 to 9 amino acids in length, also has the same effect, thereby enabling the peptide of the present invention to be used in the composition for improving memory, learning ability and cognition.
