关键指标法在科室护理绩效考核中的应用

         

摘要

目的 探讨关键指标法在骨科科室护理绩效考核中的应用及效果.方法 确定护理质量、护理工作量、岗位系数、年资系数、专业素质为关键指标,并赋予不同权重,结合临床护理工作进行评分.结果 临床护士满意度、护理质量和患者满意度均提高(P<0.05).结论 关键指标护理绩效考核方案客观、公正,操作方便,有利于推动护理工作的良性发展.%Objective To explore the key indicator system applied in nursing performance appraisal in orthopedics department. Methods Quality of nursing, workload, post weight seniority factor, the quality of nurses were indentifled as key indicators and valued in difference weights. The scores were evaluated according to clinical nursing. Results Nurses satisfaction, the quality of clinical nursing and patient satisfaction were improved (P <0.05). Conclusion The key indicator system is scientific,objective and easy to operate,and conductive to promote the sound development of nursing work.
