晚期肺癌患者化疗期间舒适状况与社会支持、应对方式的关系

摘要

Objective To investigate the comfort status of advanced lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy and analyze the relation between comfort and social support and also between comfort and coping style. Methods A total of 149 cases of advanced lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy were sampled from 5 hospitals and surveyed by questionnaires which including Chemotherapy Patient Comfort Scale (CPCS) .Perceived Social Support Scale and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire. Results The mean of CPCS was (71.72 ±10.10).The social support had a positive effect on comfort (P<0.01) and resignation had a negative effect on comfort (P <0.01). Conclusion Improving social support and guiding the patients to take positive attitude are the keys to increase the level of comfort.%目的 调查晚期肺癌患者化疗期间的舒适状况及其与社会支持、应对方式的关系.方法 选取5所三级甲等医院正在接受化疗的149例晚期肺癌患者,并对其进行问卷调查.采用化疗患者舒适量表、领悟社会支持量表、医学应对问卷进行调查.结果 研究对象的整体舒适状况得分为(71.72±10.10)分,为中度舒适水平.多元回归分析显示,社会支持对整体舒适状况产生正向的影响(P＜0.01),屈服方式对整体舒适状况产生负向的影响(P＜0.01).结论 提高晚期肺癌患者的社会支持水平,指导患者采取积极的应对方式,是改善患者化疗期间舒适状况的关键.
