目的对4种级别的临床护士进行影响护患关系相关因素的认知现状调查，为护理管理者对不同级别护士开展岗位培训课程设置提供依据。方法采用自行设计的护士对影响护患关系的相关因素认可度调查表，对4种级别共578名护士进行调查。结果 N1、N2级护士在护士服务态度、护士服务礼仪、护理安全质量、护士沟通能力、护士专业理论、护士操作技能6个方面得分高于N3、N4级护士（P﹤0.01）；医院环境方面N1级护士高于N3级护士和N4级护士（P﹤0.01）；患者个性习惯方面N1级护士高于N4级护士（P﹤0.01）。结论4种级别护士对影响护患关系的相关因素认可度存在差异，建议根据各级护士对影响护患关系和谐的相关因素认可度情况采取有计划、有目的、有针对性的培训，进一步构建和谐的护患关系。%Objective To investigate the attitudes of clinical nurses of four grades towards the influencing factors of nurse-patient relationship,so as to pro-vide references for nursing managers to make inservice training curriculum for different level of nurses. Method A self-designed questionnaire about nursesˊatti-tudes towards the influencing factors of nurse-patient relationship was used to investigate 578 nurses of four levels. Results Nurses of N1,N2 level got higher scores on aspects nurses of nursing service attitude,service etiquette,safety and quality,nursesˊcommunication ability,professional theory of and operational skills than N3 and N4 level(P﹤0. 01). Besides,on hospital environment,nurses of N1 level got higher scores than N3 and N4 level(P﹤0. 01),on personality and habits of patients,nurses of N1 level got higher scores than N4 level(P﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion Nurses of four level have different attitudes towards the influence factors of relationship between nurses and patients. It is suggested to take planned and targeted training in order to make harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
