目的：调查临床护士职业暴露发生现状，提出防护对策，减少职业暴露的发生。方法采用自设问卷，对192名护理人员进行调查，分析其发生职业暴露的情况。结果暴露高危人群为工作年限≤5年的护士，占83.47%；暴露的主要方式为锐器损伤，占85.95%；早晨治疗高峰期职业暴露发生率最高，占73.55%。结论加强职业安全防护培训，增强临床护士职业安全防护意识，规范医疗操作，减少职业暴露的发生。此外，暴露后应采取有效合理的干预措施降低被感染的危险。%Objective To investigate the situation of occupational exposure among clinical nurses,propose the protection countermeasures,so as to reduce the occurrence of occupational exposure. Methods Totally,192 nurses were inuestlgated with a self - designed questionnair about the occupational exposure. Results Thehigh risk group of exposures was nurse who had worked for less than 5 years,accounted for 83. 47% . The main way of exposure was sharp instru-ment injury,accounted for 85. 95% . The incidence of occupational exposure was highest during the morning peak period of treatment,accounted for 73. 55% . Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the training of occupational safety and protection to enhance clinical nurses occupational safety protection conscious-ness,standardize medical operation,so as to reduce the incidence of occupational exposure and reduce the risk of being infected by taking effective and reasonable interventions after exposure.
