信息-动机-行为技巧模型在糖尿病足患者延续护理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨信息-动机-行为技巧模型在糖尿病足患者延续护理中的应用效果.方法 将200例住院接受治疗的糖尿病足患者分为观察组100例和对照组100例,对照组接受常规护理及出院随访,观察组应用信息-动机-行为技巧模型实施干预,成立干预小组对患者进行信息干预、动机干预和行为技巧干预及出院随访.结果 干预后观察组患者自我管理行为能力得分与生存质量得分均明显高于对照组(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论 应用信息-动机-行为技巧模型进行干预,可有效提高糖尿病足患者的自我管理行为能力和生存质量.%Objective To explore the application of information-motivation-behavior skill model in continuous nursing of patients with diabetic foot.Methods Totally,200 cases of hospitalized patients with diabetic foot were divided into the observation group (n =100) and control group (n =100),control group received routine nursing care and follow-up skills,observation group received information-motivation-behavior skill model,including the establishment of intervention group,and information,motivation and behavior skills intervention and follow-up on patients.Results The scores of self-management behaviors and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The intervention of information-motivation-behavior skill model can effectively improve self-management ability and quality of life in patients with diabetic foot.
