Objective To translate and revise the Osse's questionnaires of the Problems and Needs in Palliative Care Questionnaire(PNPC-sv),apply and test its reliability and validity among people living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).Methods The Chinese version of the questionnaire was follow the principles of questionnaire translation,through back-translation.Cross-cultural revision of the translated questionnaire was carried out by palliative care and AIDS related specialists.A convenient sample of 111 people living with HIV was investigated.Results The Chinese version of PNPC-sv had 8 dimension and 33 items,including physical symptoms,autonomy,social issues,psychological issues,spiritual issues,financial and information issues,and HIV related problems.Through the expert evaluation,the content validity index (S-CVI) of the questionnaire was 0.964,and the content validity index (I-CVI) of each item was 0.800 to 1.000.The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.956,and the dimensions were 0.756 to 0.888.The internal consistency of the demand part was 0.965 and the dimensions were 0.851 to 0.906.There were negative correlations between the dimensions of the questionnaire and WHOQOL-HIV BREF (problems section r =-0.357,P ＜ 0.01;requirements section r =-0.388,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The Chinese version of PNPC-sv has been proved to be has good reliable and valid.It can be used as a valid tool for the measurement of palliative care needs among people living with HIV in China.%目的 翻译并修订Osse的姑息关怀中的问题与需求问卷,并将其应用于HIV感染者人群进行信效度检验.方法 遵循问卷翻译的原则,对问卷进行翻译和回译,并通过专家对闯卷进行跨文化调试及修订,使用中文版姑息关怀中的问题与需求问卷对111名HIV感染者开展调查,评价问卷的信效度.结果 中文版姑息关怀中的问题与需求问卷包括身体症状、自主性、社交问题、心理问题、灵性/精神问题、经济和信息问题、HIV感染相关问题8个维度,共33个条目.通过专家测评,问卷的内容效度指数为0.964,各条目的内容效度指数为0.800～1.000.在HIV感染者人群中进行信效度检测,问卷存在的问题部分Cronbach'sα系数为0.956,各维度为0.756～0.888;需求部分Cronbach'sα系数为0.965,各维度为0.851 ～0.906.问卷各维度与WHO艾滋病生活质量简表相应维度得分呈负相关(问题部分r=-0.357,P＜0.01;需求部分r=-0.388,P＜0.01).结论 中文版姑息关怀中的问题与需求问卷具有良好的信度和效度,适用于评价我国HIV感染者的姑息关怀需求.
