Objective To explore the influence of communication standard theory model on self-care ability and quality of life among patients with cervical cancer.Methods Totally,82 cases of patients with cervical cancer were chosen and divided into the study group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.While the control group received traditional nursing care,the study group introduced the communication standard theory model based on the control group,which included the cognitive interactive communication of patients'family members and emotional communication between nurses and patients.Results After intervention,the score of self-efficacy and quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion For the patients with cervical cancer,the application of communication standard theory model contributes to improve the self-care ability and quality of life,and it is worth to further popularize.%目的 探究沟通达标理论对其行为自理能力以及生活质量的影响.方法 选取医院收治的82例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组各41例.对照组实施传统的护理照护,研究组在对照组基础上引入沟通达标理论进行干预,即患者家属认知互动沟通和护士患者情感沟通.结果 干预后,研究组患者自我效能评分、生存质量评分、护理满意度均高于对照组(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论 沟通达标理论应用于宫颈癌患者,有助于提高患者的自理能力和生活质量,值得进一步推广.
