临床路径在社区2型糖尿病和糖尿病高危人群的护理研究

摘要

Objective To develop and design a effective clinical pathway (CP) for diabetes mellitus and it's high risk group in community, Method The clinical pathway were used as nursing intervention to diabetes mellitus pa-tients and at high risk group. And the WHO-BREF table, SF-36 table and biochemical indicators were used for eval-uating for their quality of life. The effective CP for the prevention and treatment of DM developed in urban commu-nity was surveyed and evaluated. Result Many aspects of the patients in experimental group improved, including the quality of life, satisfaction and the awareness of the knowledge on hypertension. Conclusion The clinical pathway de-veloped in urban community for patients with hypertension is necessary to enhance the efficiency of hospital and to standardize the medical care service. The clinical pathway may be a kind of very practical method for disease man-agement.%目的 开发设计适合我国城市社区2型糖尿病(DM)和糖尿病高危人群诊治的临床路径(Clinical pathway,CP).方法 运用图文式CP对社区DM患者和DM高危人群进行护理干预,并对患者生活质量及各生化指标进行对比分析.结果 2型DM和DM高危人群经CP干预后,在生理领域、心理领域、社会领域、环境领域得分均高于干预前,且CP干预后得分高于传统方法干预组(P<0.05),生活质量有了明显改善.结论 图文式CP对于社区2型糖尿病和糖尿病高危人群的具有明显地改善患者生活质量和治疗的作用.
