七叶皂苷钠联合舒血宁治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效观察与护理

摘要

目的 探讨七叶皂苷钠联合舒血宁治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果与护理方案.方法 将86例椎动脉型颈椎病患者分成观察组和对照组各43例.对照组用舒血宁10 ml加入5％葡萄糖250 ml静脉滴注.观察组用七叶皂苷钠15 mg加入0.9％氯化钠500 ml静脉滴注,然后用0.9％氯化钠50 ml冲管,再用舒血宁10ml加入5％葡萄糖250 ml静脉滴注,治疗过程采取必要的护理措施.结果 观察组疗效显著高于对照组,显效、痊愈时间明显缩短,差异有显著意义(P＜0.01).结论 七叶皂苷钠联合舒血宁治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著,全面细致的护理有利于椎动脉型颈椎病患者康复.%Objective To study the clinical effect and nursing plan for the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis by sodium aescinate combined with Shuxuening. Method 86 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis were divided into treatment group and control group,43 patients in each group. Patients in control group were treated with shuxuening 10ml put in 5% glucose injection 250ml blood infusion, while patients in treatment group treated with sodium aescinate 15mg put in 0. 9% saline 500ml blood infusion,and then washed with 0. 9% saline 50ml tube,then shuxuening 10ml put in 5% glucose injection 250ml blood infusion,necessary medical cares are taken during the treatment process. Result The effect for treatment group was significantly higher, treatment onset and recovery time was significantly shorter in treatment group. The difference was significant between the two group (P<0. 01). Conclusion Sodium aescinate combined Shuxuening treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis was effective. Comprehensive and meticulous care is conducive to the vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis rehabilitation.
