电话访谈及图示法在门诊患者肠道准备中的应用

摘要

Objective To study the application method and effect of telephone interview and graphic method for outpatient colonoscopy patients with bowel preparation .Method 640 outpatient with colonoscopy for the first time was selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the appointments .320 cases in each group .The control group with normal oral and written instruction ,observation group with telephone interview and graphic method guidance besides normal oral and written instruction .The bowel cleanliness and incidence of adverse reaction was measured and compared between two groups .Result The bowel cleanliness in observation group was better than that of control group (P<0 .01) ,the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group (P<0 .01) .Conclusion These results suggest that the telephone interview and graphic method is applied for outpatient colonoscopy patients with bowel preparation ,and could improve the bowel cleanliness ,reduce the inci‐dence of adverse reaction .%目的：探讨电话访谈及图示法在门诊结肠镜检查患者肠道准备中的应用方法及效果。方法选取首次接受结肠镜检查的门诊患者640例，按预约时间分为对照组与观察组各320例。对照组采用常规口头及书面指导，观察组在此基础上进行电话访谈及图示法指导。比较两组患者肠道清洁度及不良反应发生率。结果观察组肠道清洁度优于对照组（P＜0．01），不良反应发生率低于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论电话访谈及图示法应用于门诊结肠镜检查患者的肠道准备中，可提高患者肠道清洁度，降低不良反应发生率。
