Objective To investigate the effect of continuous family nursing intervention on the family rehabilitation of the stroke patients with swallowing disorder.Method Selected 60 cases of stroke patients with swallowing disorder,which were collected from discharged patients,were divided into observation group and control group according to the randomized controlled method,40 cases in each group.Control group was received conventional discharge instructions,while the observation group was accepted the treatment by the professional therapists on the basis of treatment of the control group,both groups should be treated with 6 months.And then,swallowing function (sub-water test),the complications related to swallowing disorder,management ability of the caregivers of patients of the two groups were evaluated and compared at their initial visits and visits after treatment for 6 months.Results The sub-water test score,complications related to swallowing disorder,and management ability of the caregivers had no differences between the observation group and the control group before the treatment (P ＜ 0.05);The sub-water test score,complications related to swallowing disorder,and management ability of the caregivers of the two groups is obviously improved compared with pre-treatment,And the observation group has an advantage than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion It was concluded that hospital-family continuity nursing can improve the patients' swallowing function,reduce complications and improve the management ability of caregivers,and improve the life quality of stroke patients.%目的 探讨家庭延续性护理对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者居家康复的影响.方法 选择80例已出院吞咽障碍患者,按患者出院顺序分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组患者接受常规出院指导,定期复诊;观察组在此基础上由专业人员给予连续6个月的随访干预.在干预后6个月对两组患者的吞咽功能(洼田饮水试验)、吞咽障碍相关并发症发生、照顾者的管理能力进行评价.结果 干预前两组洼田饮水试验、吞咽障碍相关并发症发生、照顾者的管理能力组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);干预后两组患者洼田饮水试验、吞咽障碍相关并发症发生、照顾者的管理能力较前明显改善,观察组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 医院-家庭延续性护理干预能改善患者吞咽功能,减少并发症发生,提高照顾者的管理能力,提高患者的生活质量.
