硬软磁纳米复合薄膜的制备及其磁性能

         

摘要

为制备电磁性能优异的薄膜,运用溶胶-凝胶浸渍提拉法制备出BaFe12O19/Ni0.8Zn0.2 Fe2O4复合膜,借助X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和矢量网络分析仪等分析手段表征了复合膜的结构、形貌、并对样品的磁性能和吸波性能进行了研究.结果表明,制得的复合膜在950℃下磁滞曲线呈单一相,磁性能最好,其剩磁高于硬软单膜,饱和磁化强度(Ms)、剩余磁化强度(Mr)和矫顽力(Hc)分别达到32.45emu/g、11.22emu/g和1203.24G.复合薄膜与硬软单膜相比,也有利于拓宽吸收频带,改善其吸波性能.%Sections 1 and 2 of the full paper explain the improvement mentioned in the title. Their core consists of: (1) we use the sol-gel method and the dip-coating process to prepare hard/soft BaFe|2O19/Ni0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 nano-composite film; (2) we characterize its structure, morphology, magnetic properties and microwave absorption properties with X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope, vibrating sample magnetometer and magnetic vector network analyzer. The experimental results, given in Figs. 1 through 5 and Tables 1 and 2, and their analysis show preliminarily that: ( 1 ) the hysteresis curve of the nanocomposite film sintered at 950℃ presents a single phase and the best magnetic properties; (2) the remnant magnetization strength of the nanocomposite film is higher than that of hard/soft single film; (3 ) its saturation magnetization strength, remnant magnetization strength and coercivity are 32.45 emu/g, 11.22 emu/g and 1203.24 G respectively; (4) the microwave absorption properties of the nanocomposite film are superior to those of hard/soft single film. Section 3 gives the preliminary conclusions in full.
