基于归一化样本灰色层次分析的空基多平台系统作战性能评估

     

摘要

空基多平台系统作战性能评估是雷达组网技术领域的一个重要部分.文章结合灰色层次评估理论与数据归一化理论的特点,提出一种新的灰色层次评估方法,用于对空基多平台系统的作战性能进行评估;建立完整的空基多平台系统作战性能评价指标体系,并给出各指标的定义和计算公式;给出改进的灰色层次分析模型,为提高算法的实时性,改进后的模型以指标归一化样本矩阵代替传统的专家打分样本矩阵;以某空基多平台对抗系统为例,进行评估仿真,结果证明改进后的灰色层次评估方法具有满意的可靠性和准确性.%The evaluation of EW (electronic warfare) capability in multiple airborne platform system is an important part in the airborne radar networking field. Sections 1 and 2 of the full paper explain the method of evaluation mentioned in the title, which we believe is effective and whose core consists of:"Combining grey hierarchy evaluation theory and data normalization theory, we introduce a new grey hierarchy evaluation method, used for evaluating of EW performance in multiple airborne platform system, establish the complete performance evaluation index system EW performance in multiple airborne platforms system, and give the definition and calculation formula of each index; we give the modified grey analytic hierarchy model; in order to improve the real-time of the algorithm, we substitute index normalized sample matrix for traditional expert scoring sample matrix in model. " Taking a certain multiple airborne platform EW system as example, we carry out simulations; the simulation results, given in subsection 3. 4, show preliminarily that the improved grey hierarchy evaluation method gives indeed satisfactory accuracy and dependability.
