Family farm is an important form of agricultural organization of micro management in China ,w hich integrates land management by family and commercialized production .Moderate scale of land ,farm manager and market participation ability are the basic components of a family farm .However ,in practice there are certain fac‐tors restricting the development of family farms ,such as low willingness and stability of land circulation ,low cap‐ital accumulation of farm managers ,poor ability of market participation ,etc .Only through innovating land circula‐tion mechanism ,enhancing managers'ability ,perfecting social service system and establishing positive land proper‐ty rights system ,can the stable operation of family farms be better promoted .%家庭农场是中国农业微观经营组织的重要形式，实现了土地家庭经营方式与商品化生产的有机结合。适度规模性土地、农场经营者、市场参与能力是家庭农场的基本构成要件。然而，实践中土地流转意愿偏低且稳定性差、经营者资本积累水平低、市场参与能力弱等却成为家庭农场发展的制约因素。因此，只有通过创新土地流转机制、开展能力建设、健全社会化服务体系和创建良性土地产权制度环境度才能更好的推动家庭农场平稳化运行。
