运用全国范围内593户农户的入户调查数据，采用引入控制变量的回归分析和倾向得分匹配分析，分别考察土地流转对农户总收入和农业经营收入的影响，对比两种分析方法的实证结果表明，土地流转促进了农民增收，但土地流转的收入效应主要由土地财产实现机制、劳动分工优化机制产生，而土地资源优化机制、农业经营效率机制尚未充分发挥作用。推动土地流转、提高农民收入应进一步落实农民集体的土地所有权，把土地流转与土地整治结合起来，让农民集体享有更充分的决策权，培育新型职业农民和引入新型农业经营主体，为土地资源优化机制与农业经营效率机制发挥功能开创经济社会条件。%The impacts of farmland transfer on household total income and income from agriculture are studied respectively in 593 nationwide peasant households’ survey data ,using the regression analysis introducing control variables and propensity score matching analysis .The results of comparing the two kinds of empirical analysis show that farmland transfer promotes the increase of peasants ’ income .However ,the income effect of farmland transfer derives mainly from the mechanism of achieving land property and the mechanism of optimizing labor divi‐sion .The mechanism of optimizing land resources and the mechanism of agriculture operation efficiency of farmland transfer have not realized .To further promote farmland transfer and improve the income of peasants ,we should further implement the peasant collective land ownership ,and combine farmland transfer and farmland remediation . T he peasant collective should enjoy more decision‐making right .Economic and social conditions should be created for the mechanism of optimizing land resources and the mechanism of agriculture operation efficiency by cultivating new type of professional farmers and introducing new agricultural enterprises .
