组织创新与西部开发rn——一个新兴古典经济学角度的思考

The authors point out that it is very urgent and important to study western development in China by using the tools and thoughts of New Classical Economics. Viewed from this new angle, western development is a process in which evolution occurs between different corner equilibriums. Theofore, an appropriate way of western development can come true by urging organization innovations throughout the society. In this process, it is essential to provide adequate capital support and to build up effective mechanism of risk share .%运用新兴古典经济学的工具和思想分析西部开发问题具有理论和现实的迫切性。从新兴古典经济学的角度看，西部开发与发展是一个在不同角点均衡间演进的过程，西部适宜的发展模式应当通过鼓励全社会的组织试验和创新获得。在这个过程中，必须有充足的资本支持并建立有效的风险分担机制。
