民间标会的风险生成机制与风险防控探究--兼议民间标会的规范化发展路径

摘要

在阐述民间标会运作模式和会员组会参与动机的基础上，分析了民间标会活动中存在的信息不对称问题和风险生成机理，并利用博弈论的方法探究“倒会”风险的形成原因。立足标会活动的风险生成原因，借鉴台湾地区规范民间标会发展的经验，提出大陆地区应通过立法规范、组建行业协会自律管理、探索建立机构化和银行化的运作模式等路径，防控标会活动风险，促进民间标会合规发展。%This paper analyses information asymmetry and risk generated mechanism existing in Bidding Rotating Savings and Credit Association , and explores its formation reasons of the risk of Collapsed Rotating Savings and Credit Association by Game theory . Based on the reasons of its risk , learning the experience from the regularization development of Bidding Rotating Savings and Credit Association in Taiwan , this paper proposes that the government should prevent its risk to promote its normative development by means of legislative regulation , setting up the self-discipline management system , and establishing the operation mode .
