D-半乳糖处理小鼠抗氧化能力及肝和海马区形态学变化的研究

     

摘要

用1250 mg·kg-1D-半乳糖处理小鼠,6周后分别检测小鼠脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、单胺氧化酶(MAO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和丙二醛(MDA)水平,肝组织SOD、MAO、GSH-Px和MDA及血浆SOD和MDA水平,观察肝组织和海马区结构.结果显示,处理组小鼠脑组织SOD、T-AOC、MAO、GSH-Px和MDA水平均降低;处理组肝组织GSH-Px活性降低、MDA含量升高,而SOD活力也显著升高;处理组小鼠血浆SOD活力显著升高,而MDA含量无显著变化;处理组小鼠肝组织和海马形态发生明显变化.结果表明,D-半乳糖处理小鼠可作为研究衰老的模型.%To investigate the changes in anti-oxidative ability and morphology of liver and hippocampus in mice induced by D-galactose, the mice are induced by sc 1 250 rag'kg ' D-galactose for 6 weeks in the experiment. Then the total antioxidant capality (T-AOC), contents of malondialdehyde ( MDA ) and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), monoamine oxidase(MAO) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in brain, the activities of SOD, MAO and GSH-Px and the contents of MDA in liver and the plasma SOD activity and MDA level are measured respectively. Results show that the T-AOC, activities of SOD, MAO and GSH-Px and the contents of MDA in brain decrease in D-galactose treatment group (DT) ; In liver, GSH-Px activity decreases, contents of MDA increase and the SOD activity increases remarkably(P
