交流与融洽--民国入藏大员眼中的在藏汉人

摘要

While handling issues concerning Tibetan people,the high-rank officials of Republic of China Huang Musong and Wu Zhongxin had much contact with Tibetan and Han nationalities. Through observation,they had got a quite idea of basic situation concerning these people.Especially, Wu Zhongxin had not only much contact with these people,but also had communicated with local high-rank officials in Xizang,and paid great attention to rights protection of these people.The observa-tion and records of these two high-rank officials have shown harmonious Han-Tibetan ethnic rela-tionship and normal cultural communication in the time of Republic of China,at the same time indica-ted that there was not so-called ethnic revengeful murder of"driving Han nationality away"in Xi-zang in the early years of Republic of China.%民国大员黄慕松与吴忠信入藏处理藏事过程中与在藏汉人有很多接触，通过观察了解他们掌握了不少在藏汉人的基本情况，特别是吴忠信不仅与在藏汉人来往多，还多次与西藏地方政府要员沟通，注意对在藏汉人权益的维护。两位大员的观察记录显现了民国时期西藏地区较融洽的汉藏民族关系和比较正常的文化交流，同时也充分说明了民国初年西藏地方并无所谓“驱汉”的民族仇杀。
