水肥耦合对蓝莓果实产量及品质的影响

             

摘要

以种植5年生大田条件下生长的兔眼蓝莓“灿烂”为试材,研究不同水肥耦合对蓝莓果实产量及品质的影响.结果表明,第1年及第2年水肥耦合均能有效提高蓝莓果实单产量及果实内在品质.试验第1年,中肥中高水(F2W3)处理果实产量、可溶性固形物含量及可溶性糖含量最高,中肥中水(F2W2)处理花青素、总酚及类黄酮含量最高,低肥中高水(F3W3)处理可滴定酸最低;试验第2年,中肥中水(F2W2)处理下果实产量最高,中肥中高水(F2W3)处理下,可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、总酚及类黄酮含量最高.综合2 a比较,F2W3处理是最佳的水肥耦合水平.%Taking the seedlings of five-year-old Vaccinium ashei "Britewell" as materials,effects of waterfertilizer coupling on the yield and quality of blueberry fruit were investigated.The results showed that the water-fertilizer coupling could effectively improve the yield and fruit quality of blueberry fruit in the first and the second year.In the first year,the highest fruit yield,soluble solid content and soluble sugar content were found in the treatment of F2W3,in which the fertilizer was in the medium level and water was above the medium level.The highest contents of anthocyanins,total phenolics and flavonoids,and titratable acidity were found in the treatment of F2W2,in which both fertilizer and water were in the medium levels.In the second year,the fruit yield was the highest in the treatment of F2W2,and the contents of soluble solids,soluble sugar,total phenolics and flavonoidls in fruit were the highest in the treatment of F2W3.Evaluating the results in two years comprehensively,it was concluded that F2W3 treatment was the optimum one to realize the best water-fertilizer coupling.
