绵竹生长季解剖特性研究

         

摘要

采用纤维图像分析方法,对绵竹(Bambusa intermedia)从竹笋到成竹发育过程中主要解剖特征进行研究.结果表明,竹笋时期表皮层无长短细胞差异,细胞壁薄,幼竹时期形成长短细胞(栓质细胞和硅质细胞),硅质细胞数量和体积增加;随着竹龄的增加,基本组织减少,输导组织增加,纤维组织增加;在发育期纤维直径、双壁厚、腔径、长度、长宽比、壁腔比、腔径比随竹龄增加而增大,同一时期纤维直径中部大于基部大于顶部;维管束径向直径和弦向直径随竹龄增加增大,同一时期数值中部最大.%The anatomical characteristics of Bambusa intermedia Hsueh et Yi from shoots to bamboo were observed by microscopic image analysis.The results showed that during the shoot period,there were no significant differences in length between the long epidermal cells and short epidermal cells (cork and silica cells),which began to develop into two kinds of epidermal cells with growing numbers and size after the beginning of seedling period.With the increase of bamboo age,the proportions of fundamental tissue decreased,proportions of conducting tissue and fibrous tissue increased.The fiber diameter,length,cell wall thickness,lumen diameter,ratio of length to width,ratio of cell wall to lumen and ratio of lumen to diameter increased continually with bamboo age.The diameter of fiber in middle part was larger than the diameter of those in the base and top parts,during the same growing season.The radial and tangential diameters of vascular bundle increased with bamboo age.
