An experiment was conducted to study the edible safety and functional characteristics of Mallambyx raddei Blessig. Sixty KM mice whose body weight was (22.50±1.70)g were classified into five groups. Then the KM mice were fed a diet containing 12.5% , 25.0% , 50. 0% or 100% of M. Raddei powder, and the mice fed without M. Raddei powder were used as the control. Blood biochemical indexes of the KM mice were examined after feeding for 4 weeks. A significant increase in BUN (P<0.05) was observed between the mice from the group containing more than 50% of M. Raddei powder in the diet and the mice from the control. TCH increased and ALB decreased for the group containing 100% of M. Raddei powder in the diet. The diet containing less than 50% of M. Raddei powder had no adverse effect on the blood biochemical indexes of the KM mice.%为了研究栗山天牛(Mallambyx raddei Blessig)的食用安全性和功能特性,促进天牛防治,分别将栗山天牛粉按12.5%、25.0%、50.0%、100.0%比例制成鼠粮饲喂体质量(22.50+1.70)g KM小鼠,以不加天牛粉为对照,喂养4周后测小鼠血生化指标结果显示:小鼠进食饲粮天牛粉比例大于50%时,血尿素氮水平比对照组显著提高(p<0.05),进食100%天牛粉,小鼠血总胆固醇升高、血白蛋白水平下降.小鼠饲粮中天牛粉比例小于25%,对小鼠生化指标无不利影响.
