低温诱导切花月季过度重瓣化的形态学观察

         

摘要

以切花月季品种‘芬得拉’( Rosa hybrida ‘ Vendela’)为试验材料,研究了不同温度条件处理下切花月季开花状况和花芽分化进程。结果表明,低温导致花瓣过度重瓣化,并且,在一定温度范围内表现出温度越低,花瓣数越多、雄蕊数越少的趋势;切花月季花芽分化进程划分为萼片原基分化期、花瓣原基分化期、雄蕊原基分化期、雌蕊原基分化期和分化完成期5个时期。在花芽分化过程中,低温推迟了雄蕊原基和雌蕊原基分化进程,延长了整个花芽分化的持续时间,使花瓣过度重瓣化,产生畸形花。%We studied the process of floral development and floral bud differentiation of Rosa hybrida ‘Vendela’ with different temperature treatments.The low temperature led to excessive petal formation.When the temperature became lower in the certain range, the number of petals would become more and the number of stamens would become less.The process of flo-ral bud differentiation could be divided into five phases:sepal primordium differentiation stage, petal primordium differen-tiation stage, stamen primordium differentiation stage, pistil primordium differentiation stage and the differentiation of flow-er bud finished.In the process of floral bud differentiation, low temperature postponed the beginning of petal primordium and stamen primordium differentiation, which extended the duration of the entire flower bud differentiation and would lead to excessive petal and abnormal flowers.
