基于多元线性回归模型分析107杨木材材性与纸张性能的关系1)

         

摘要

通过对3株7年生107杨(Populus×euramericana cv.‘Neva’)不同生长轮木材的12种材性指标及其抄造纸片的3种力学性能指标的测定,共获得了18组涵盖材性指标和纸张性能的数据。随后,利用主成分分析从12种材性指标中提取主成分,并用主成分对3种纸张力学性能指标进行多元线性回归;在获得回归模型的同时,比较各指标对纸张力学性能的影响程度。结果表明:从12个所选材性指标中提取了4个主成分,其累计贡献率达到88.80%,可以实现对所有指标信息的反映。通过采用多元线性回归的方法,获得了针对3个不同纸张力学性能指标的预测模型;其中,抗张指数和撕裂度的多元线性回归模型在0.01水平上显著,而耐破指数的多元线性回归模型不显著。基于对回归模型中各材性指标对力学性能的标准偏相关系数比较,可知纤维长度和纤维长宽比对于纸张力学性能尤为重要,其它材性指标对不同纸张力学性能指标的影响程度存在很大差异,需要针对纸张的具体用途,即对力学性能的具体要求,来选择合适的材质指标进行评测。%Three seven-year old 107 poplar clone trees ( Populus ×euramericana cv.‘Neva ’ ) were harvested and each growth ring was chopped out to measure the wood properties and prepare handsheet .12 different types of wood properties and three different types of handsheet mechanical properties were determined, and 18 series of data for wood properties and hansheet mechanical properties were collected.In order to implement multiple linear regression of three handsheetmechanical prop-erties, main component analysis was introduced to reduce 12 different types of wood properties into several main compo-nent.Multiple linear regression model of target handsheet properties from calculated main component were established. Regression models of the handsheet properties were finally achieved from selected wood properties .Four main components were extracted from 12 selected wood properties, and its cumulative contribution is up to 88.80%.The main component can stand for all information of the selected wood properties .Three linear regression models of hansheet mechanical proper-ties were established based on selected wood properties accordingly , and by variance analysis the models of tensile index and tear index were significant at 0.01 levels while burst index one was not significant.Base on the comparison between path co-efficients of different wood properties in the model, both of fiber length and ratio of length to width are vital to all three me-chanical properties of handsheet, and other wood characters have different influence on different handsheet properties.There-fore, it is suggested that specific wood properties should be focused on according to the corresponding paper application .
