煤气化废水氨氮吹脱去除因素的影响探究

         

摘要

煤气化废水是一种高酚高氨的典型高浓度有机废水,实验研究了高酚浓度下吹脱氨的影响因素。通过正交实验研究,考察了温度、pH值、曝气量等因素对氨氮吹脱的影响,并确定了主次顺序,最终确定吹脱氨的最佳工艺参数组合,同时考察了氨氮去除随时间的变化关系,进而为获得煤气化废水氨氮回收价值的最大化提供技术参考。%Coal gasification wastewater is a kind of typical high concentration organic wastewater with high phenol and ammonia. This test studied the influence factors of removing ammonia under the high phenol con-centration condition. Through the orthogonal experiment,author researched the influence of factors on the am-monia nitrogen,tripping,such as temperature,pH value,aeration intensity and determined the order of it. Final-ly,the best process parameter combination to remove ammonia can be determined. At the same time,the test explored the relation between the change of ammonia nitrogen removal with time. And then can provides techni-cal reference for obtaining the optimum reaction condition of coal gasification wastewater about ammonia nitro-gen recycling.
