基于数值研究的折线型除雾器叶片的优化设计

             

摘要

Demister is an important equipment in wet flue gas desulfurization system of the coal-fired power plant,it has a vital significance on the normal operation of the system. According to the basic theory of gas liq-uid two phase fluid mechanics,analyzing the folded line demister uses FLUENT calculation software for internal flow field, demisting efficiency and pressure drop of numerical simulation. By changing the structural parameters of the folding line typical demister ( plate spacing,up-bottom size) and working parameters ( the import air velocity) simulation of gas liquid two phase flow field. The results show that the triangular blade’ s influence on the pressure drop is greater than trapezoid blade;With the increase of plate spacing,demisting ef-ficiency declines;Under different inlet air velocity and plate spacing,demisting efficiency based on the size of 40mm is the best.%除雾器是燃煤火力发电厂湿法烟气脱硫系统中的重要设备,它对系统的正常运行有着至关重要的意义。依据气液两相流体力学的基本理论,对折线型除雾器应用FLUENT计算软件进行内部流场、除雾效率和工作压降的数值模拟。通过改变梯形折线型除雾器的结构参数(板间距、上底尺寸)和工作参数(进口气流速度),模拟气液两相流场。计算结果表明,三角形叶片对压降的影响比梯形叶片大;随着板间距的逐渐增大,除雾效率趋于下降趋势;在不同的进口气流速度和板间距下,上底尺寸为40 mm时除雾效率最佳。
