The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a retro-reflective reflective fabric that can be produced in a flower shape. The present invention includes: a first step in which PVC PET, resin, glass bead, resin, and hot melt are stacked in order from a bottom surface and a reflective member is completed; a second step in which the reflective member obtained in the first step is turned inside out on a first surface of a reflective fabric having a polyester content of 80% to 100%, pressing is performed by the use of a thermal press such that the hot melt is attached onto the first surface of the reflective fabric, and then the glass bead is exposed to the upper layer of the reflective fabric; and a third step in which the first and second steps are repeated. In the third step, the reflective member obtained in the first step is turned inside out on a second surface corresponding to the first surface of the reflective fabric, pressing is performed by the use of a thermal press such that the hot melt is attached onto the first surface of the reflective fabric, and then the glass bead is exposed to the upper layer of the reflective fabric.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
