两段式CSTR快速启动及厌氧发酵特性研究

         

摘要

研究以玉米秸秆和牛粪为共发酵底物,以沼液作为接种微生物,在35℃下,干物质浓度为12%,C/N比为271时,研究新型两段式CSTR反应器快速启动及发酵效能.结果表明,pH和ORP可反映高干物质浓度下反应器启动情况.产酸相在运行48 d后,总挥发酸浓度达4 415 mg·L-1,其中乙酸浓度达到最高,所占比例超过73.8%.产甲烷相可充分利用产酸相发酵液为营养源,实现快速启动并产气,最大沼气产量可达4 842 mL·d-1,甲烷含量可达65%.%This study taking cow manure and corn stalk as co-fermentation substrate and tested its start-up and anaerobic fermentation effectiveness under mesophilic digestion condition (35 ℃). In this study, biogas slurry was taken as inoculate, and TS concentration and C/N ratio was controlled as 12% and 27:1, respectively. Result showed that pH and ORP probe reflected the start-up performance of the reactor, and it served well as an indicator that the acidogenic reactor started at 48 d, though TS concentration is high. Result also showed VFAs concentration reached 4 415 mg· L-1 at stable state, of which acetate accounted for 73.8%. The maximum biogas production reached 4 842 mL · d-1, 65% of which was methane.
