飞廉提取物对3种蔬菜病原真菌的抑制作用

         

摘要

采用生物测定的方法,以黄瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporium Schl.)等蔬菜病原真菌为供试菌种,系统地研究了飞廉提取液对不同提取溶剂、不同提取方法、不同提取部位的蔬菜病原菌抑制作用.结果表明,不同提取溶剂的提取收率、抑菌效果存在明显差异.乙醇提取物抑菌活性最好,提取收率为5.83%.快速溶剂萃取法简单、快速、需要提取溶剂量少、提取收率大、抑菌效果好.飞廉各部位均有抑菌活性,根、茎叶、花EC50分别为3.65、1.45和2.03 mg·mL-1,具有开发研究价值.%With bioassay, the research studied inhibition activities of the extract from Carduus crispus L. Of different solvents, extract methods and extract parts on Fusarium oxysporium Schl. And vegetable pathogen. The studies showed that it existed significant difference of extract yeild and inhibition activities. The best solvent was alcohol and its extract yeild was 5.83%. Accelerated solvent extraction was simple, fast, needing less solvent, extract yeild high and bactedostasis well. Extract from every part of Carduus crispus L. Had inhibition activities. The EC50 of root, stem and flower was 3.65, 1.45 and 2.03 mg·mL-1, so it was worth developing and studying.
