以月见草无菌苗为试材,采用正交试验和单因子试验的方法,研究月见草丛生芽的诱导和生根条件,建立月见草的再生体系.结果表明,月见草丛生芽诱导的最佳培养基是MS+6-BA 2 mg·L-1+ NAA 0.4 mg· L-1,蔗糖30 g·L-1,pH 5.8;丛生芽最佳的生根培养基是1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1.上述结果表明,月见草再生体系已初步建立,为月见草的遗传转化及工厂化生产奠定了技术基础.%The axenic seedlings of Oenothera biennis L was used as explants, by orthogonal experiment and single factor test method, cluster buds induction and rooting were studied to establish the tissue regeneration system. The results showed that the best medium of Oenothera biennis L cluster buds induction was MS+6-BA 2 mg·L1+ NAA 0.4 mg·L1 with sucrose 30 g·L-1, and pH 5.8; the best medium of Oenothera biennis L. Rooting was 1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg ·L-1. The results suggested that the regeneration system of Oenothera biennis L. Was established, which provided a technological basis for genetic transformation and factory production of Oenothera biennis L.
