植物源农药川楝素UAE方法研究

             

摘要

In order to optimal parameters of extraction condition for botanical pesticide toosendanin of fructus toosendan, effects of ultrasonic extraction time, ultrasonic extraction temperature, et al. on toosendanin yield were studied through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the effect sequence of four main factors for toosendanin yield were that ethanol concentration, ultrasonic extraction time, ultrasonic power, liquid-to-solid ratio. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration 80%, ultrasonic-assisted extraction time 35 min, ultrasonic power 450 W, liquid-to-solid ratio 12. With the verification of five parallel test, the test was stable and reliable. Compared with control experiment, berberine yield in extract was increased by 96%.%为了优化植物源农药川楝素的超声波辅助提取工艺,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,研究了超声时间、超声功率、乙醇浓度、液料比对川楝素提取率的影响.结果表明,影响川楝素提取率的主次因素为乙醇浓度、超声功率、超声提取时间、液料比;经正交试验确定川楝素最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度80%,超声提取时间为35min,超声功率为450 W,液科比为12.该试验结果稳定可靠,与对照试验相比,川楝素提取率可提高96%.
