加速溶剂提取-固相萃取净化-双柱双检测器气相色谱法测定大气中多种有机氯农药

     

摘要

选择大流量采样器采集大气样品,采用加速溶剂萃取仪进行样品萃取,弗洛里硅土固相萃取柱进行净化,以双柱双电子捕获检测器-气相色谱法测定环境空气中23种有机氯农药.采用内标法定量,23种有机氯农药和回收率指示物在10~300 μg·L-1的质量浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系(相关系数均大于0.997),加标回收率在60.1%~106.3%,RSD在3.7%~20.3%(n=6),方法检出量为0.013~0.200 ng· m-3.所建立的方法具有准确度高、重现性好、灵敏度高的优点,可用于监测环境空气中多种有机氯农药.%An accurate, sensitive and reproducible method was studied for the determination of organochiorine pesticides (OCPs) in ambient air. Sampling was performed by high volume polyurethane foam sampling, accelerated solvent extraction was used for the sample extraction, solid phase extraction was used for the purification, and 23 OCPs and 2 surrogate standards were determined by gas chromatography coupled with dual columns and dual electron capture detectors. 23 OCPs and 2 surrogate standards exhibited good linearity in the range of 10-300 μg·L-1, the correlation coefficients were larger than 0.997. The average recovery of the sample was 60.1 %-106.3% with the relative standard deviations of 3.7%-20.3% (n=6) in ambient air. The method detection limit ranged from 0.013-0.200 μg ·m-3. The results demonstrated that the established method with good accuracy, high sensitivity, and good reproducibility was suitable for the monitoring of 23 OCPs in ambient air.
