This article mainly aims at to study the DPWM (digital pulse width modulation) technology in Buck DC-DC converter, points out the shortages of traditional DPWM technology, then come up with the MDPWM (modified digital pulse width modulation) technology. And using the QuartusⅡ of FPGA software for simulation, the simulation results shows that MDPWM technology can reduce the delay time of the switch tube open and shut off , and the power consumption of the device. The problem that when the load is fluctuated the output voltage transient response is fast can be worked out. Making the output voltage is stable.%文章针对Buck型DC-DC变换器中DPWM(数字脉冲宽度调制)技术进行研究,指出传统DPWM技术不足,提出MDPWM(改进的脉冲宽度调制)技术。采用FPGA的QuartusⅡ软件进行仿真,仿真结果表明,MDPWM技术能够减少开关管的开通和关断延迟时间、减小器件的功率损耗,当负载波动时,输出电压瞬态响应快,使输出电压稳定性好。
