接种菌剂对稻秸好氧厌氧两相发酵产气影响

     

摘要

In order to improve the degradation rate of rice straw in the combined aerobic and anaerobic fermentation process, different microbial inoculants were employed to improve the degradation rate of cellulose in the aerobic hydrolysis stage. The results showed that the mixed strains could obtain better cellulosic degradation than the applied with single strain in each treatment. The treatment of Aspergillus mixed with Trichoderma by aeration gas supply obtained the best total cellulase activity, degradation rate of cellulose and cumulative biogas yield of 438.57 mL·g-1. Therefore, the degradation rate of rice straw could be improved by adding mixed strains of Aspergillus and Trichoderma to the aerobic stage by aeration gas supply.%为提高水稻秸秆在好氧厌氧两相发酵工艺中降解率,采用好氧水解阶段添加不同菌剂方法提高好氧产酸相纤维素降解率。结果表明,各处理组中木霉和黑曲霉混菌组较单一菌种组纤维素和半纤维素降解率更高,水解效果更好。其中木霉黑曲霉混菌曝气组,总酶活最高,纤维素和半纤维素降解效果最好,累积产甲烷量最高,TS产气量最高达到438.57 mL·g-1。由此可见,木霉、黑曲霉混菌并同时曝气供气方式能显著提高水稻秸秆固体有机物降解利用率,促进秸秆生物质转化为沼气。
